Ingredients
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp turmeric grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper This is important! Black pepper helps your body to absorb turmeric!
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a rolling boil

  2. Add turmeric and ginger, and lower heat to a simmer

  3. Allow the mixture to cool, and then strain the tea into a cup

  4. Add black pepper.  Add lemon.  Drink and enjoy!
