At the start of the year, I shared a few of my goals for 2018, one of which was to focus on my overall health and well-being. Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser

I have used Neutrogena products since High School! I’m here to tell ya…you can never go wrong with the classics! I started back in the day with the gold bar of soap, but now I’ve elevated to their fabulous Fresh Foaming Cleanser. This dermatologist-tested, award-winning cleanser effectively removes dirt, oil and makeup. It even removes waterproof eye makeup without soaps or oils that can sting or irritate the sensitive eye area. It rinses completely clean and won’t leave any pore-clogging residue, and the best part…it’s Hypoallergenic, so it’s gentle on my sensitive skin! I love that this product is just as effective as luxe brands, but has such an affordable price point!

Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails

I’ve shared before that I have periods of hair loss and brittle nails due to an autoimmune disorder. While vitamins can’t cure my condition, they certainly give me a great foundation for healthy hair and nail growth! Since taking the Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins, I have seen tremendous changes! My hair grows faster, and feels much stronger, and my nails no longer break when I look at them. LOL. On top of that, my skin is glowing, and blemish free! I purchased the softgel formula in 150ct so that I don’t run out as quickly!

My Morning Routine: Starting My Day Beautifully

Confession time: I have never been a morning person. In my fantasy life, I am a trust fund baby who doesn’t have to worry about working, and can sleep until noon. Suffice it to say, that ain’t my real life!

In order to activate my energy for the day, I like to wake up at 6am to spend an hour on the treadmill before I have to get ready for work. Before I begin my workout, I make sure to take my daily serving of Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nail Vitamins! The formula is so packed full of vitamins that it not only gives me gorgeous hair, skin, and nails, but I also get a steady supply of energy to help me through my day!

After working out, I like to cleanse my face at the sink before I jump in my morning shower. First, I wet my face with warm water, to help open my pores. Not too hot, though! Next, I pump 4-5 squirts of the Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser into my palm, add a little water to my palm, and rub the cleanser between my hands until it foams. I then apply the cleanser to my face, making sure to massage my skin going outward from my nose, in small circles. Once I feel as though my face is properly foamed (lol), I rinse off the cleanser with my hands by splashing water on my face until all traces of foam are removed. I then follow up with toner, and my fave moisturizer.
